Africa: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
