Our commitment to gender equity

At PATH, we are a global team of innovators working to accelerate health equity so all people and communities can thrive. We recognize that to achieve our mission of global health equity, we must renew and make explicit our commitment to gender equality both in our programming and in our organizational culture. PATH commits to:

  1. Confirming and communicating that gender equality is central to our mission.
  2. Creating an organizational policy to support our commitment to gender equality and to creating an inclusive culture.
  3. Providing guidance on implementing our commitment to gender equality in our programming
