Kelly Priestley, CPA, CA

Kelly Priestley, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), is PATH’s Global Head of Accounting and Finance Operations. She leads PATH’s global accounting department, which includes a global team dedicated to prudent accounting, treasury, and procurement operations.

Ms. Priestley is a senior financial leader with deep experience in accounting and financial operations. In past roles, she has produced results through strong business processes, efficient control design, information, and reporting. She has 20+ years of experience from diverse industries, including The Big Four accounting firms, public companies, private industry, and the public sector.

Before joining PATH, Ms. Priestley worked with Sound Transit as the Deputy Executive Director—Financial Operations. She also served as the Vice President and Divisional Financial Officer at News Group (Great Pacific News).

Ms. Priestley holds a CPA, CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accounts in Winnipeg, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
