Karim Ghazaoui, MBA
Mr. Ghazaoui leads many of PATH’s high-level financial planning and management responsibilities, such as the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and modeling. He also directs a team that provides important analysis to support decision-making across the organization and at the executive level.
He has worked in international finance, health care, and business operations in the United States, Europe, and Africa for more than 17 years. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ghazaoui has developed expertise in a range of dynamic corporate settings, including turnarounds, the establishment of new international local entities, implementation of shared services, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining PATH in 2019, Mr. Ghazaoui served as the chief financial officer for In’Tech America, where he oversaw its growth to nearly $100 million in revenue and integrated two company acquisitions. His previous roles include financial
controller at Johnson & Johnson France, finance director for the North Africa region at Merck & Co., finance director for European service units at Fenner Dunlop, and management consultant at Arryve LLC.Mr. Ghazaoui holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Toulouse in France. He is a native of Casablanca, Morocco.
