Dereshnie Reddy

Dereshnie Reddy is the Global Talent Acquisition Director at PATH. She is responsible for leading and directing PATH’s talent acquisition teams and functions across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, while working in close collaboration with the Regional Human Resources teams.

Prior to joining PATH, Ms. Reddy led Tiger Brands’ talent acquisition portfolio across Africa. She has over 20 years of human resources and people experience in talent acquisition and talent management. An expert in building and executing full life cycle recruitment and staffing strategies, and processes for large and complex organizations, she is committed to strengthening employee experience and organizational culture.

Dereshnie has a successful track record of hiring internally and externally, from entry-level to executive and C-suite positions, and raising the company’s profile to attract the best talent.
