PATH is moving from a siloed, disease-specific approach to person-centric approaches by establishing integrated care models. We actively assist state governments in integrating maternal and child health, non-communicable, mental health, tuberculosis, and elderly care services, and establishing model adolescent-friendly facilities at the urban primary health care level.

      This brief outlines the approach and technical support offered by PATH under Samagra to ensure the efficient implementation of e-PMSMA in urban health care facilities. The initiative aims to promote healthy pregnancies and safe deliveries, thereby significantly reducing adverse outcomes for both mothers and infants by ensuring quality services in PMSMA and establishing linkages for high–risk pregnancies for timely referrals to appropriate health facilities.

      This brief outlines India’s NTEP, supported by the NSP 2017-25, targeting TB elimination by 2025. It highlights the imperative of TB-free gram panchayats and urban wards. In July 2022, the CTD and MoPR partnered for convergent actions toward TB Mukt Panchayats. PATH adapted the “TB Mukt wards” concept for urban areas, detailing strategies and technical assistance to eradicate TB at the ward level.
