Indoor residual spraying (IRS) and insecticide-treated bednets are pillars of Zambia’s strategy to eliminate malaria by 2021. This study reports on the impact of pirimiphos methyl IRS on malaria vector populations and transmission in parts of Southern Zambia targeted for malaria elimination.
