PATH’s Healthy Markets project, funded by USAID, has worked with the Ministry of Health, public and private clinics, and community-based organizations to introduce HIV self-testing into Vietnam for the first time. HIV self-testing offers a private, confidential, and convenient testing option, particularly those who face social barriers to HIV services. This fact sheet provides early results of this pilot program.
