PATH’s global headquarters will move into the West Dock building at 437 N 34th St. in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. PATH will occupy the entire 52,000 sq ft space in 2025.

The West Dock building is located in the heart of Seattle’s vibrant Fremont neighborhood, with easy access to public transit and Highway 99. The space was fully renovated in 2014 and offers future employees unobstructed views of the ship canal and direct access to the Burke-Gilman Trail. The building is adjacent to many of Fremont’s trademark locations and activities.

The PATH facility will serve over 200 Seattle-area staff and serve as a flagship for the 3000+-person global team, which has more than 47 offices across 24 countries. The Seattle location will continue to house the organization’s laboratory and product engineering lab, in addition to open-concept collaboration spaces for meetings and events.

“PATH staff envisioned a space that ignites creativity and fosters innovation—and feels distinctly 'Seattle,'" said Nikolaj Gilbert, president and CEO of PATH. “Our global offices are more than workplaces—they’re extensions of local communities and sanctuaries for team members and partners alike. We already feel at home in Fremont and can’t wait to introduce our staff and friends around the world to the neighborhood.”

The West Dock building provides access to and views of the Lake Washington Ship Canal, biking and walking trails, a thriving culinary scene, shops, and more. The transition from PATH's current space in South Lake Union is expected to happen in early 2025.
