PATH board of directors welcomes Carole T. Faig
PATH’s Board of Directors is thrilled to welcome Carole T. Faig as its newest member. Faig brings deep expertise in finance, audit, and public accounting as well as invaluable experience working in the health care sector, including in hospital systems, health insurance, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
For the past 38 years, Faig has worked in both the public and private sectors, leading companies to rapidly evolve health ecosystems specifically in the areas of convergence, optimization and growth, digital transformation, and risk and regulatory issues.
“We’re delighted to have Carole Faig join the board. She brings extensive experience in the health care industry. We are confident that she will bring passion and energy to this role and contribute to our mission and advancement of PATH’s 2025 Strategy,” said the Chair of the Board of Directors, Beth Galetti.
Faig previously served as a health science and wellness market leader at Ernst & Young LLP, a leading company in professional services ranging across audit, tax, transaction, and consulting and with operations in over 150 countries. She is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Faig currently sits on the boards of directors of three companies, where she serves as the Audit Committee Chair: Cue Health, a Nasdaq-listed company, and Affinia Therapeutics and QuVa Pharma, private equity–backed private businesses.
Throughout her career, Faig has been recognized as a leader and champion in advancing diversity and inclusiveness. During her tenure at Ernst & Young, she received the Americas Assurance Inclusive Leadership Award and the Chairman's Value Award in recognition of her commitment to building an inclusive workplace.
Faig is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting and is a certified public accountant. She and her husband, Robert Sullivan, live in Houston, Texas, and enjoy golf, skiing, and travel.
