As the world gathers for the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York City, PATH will join global leaders, experts, and partners to address key challenges and forge pathways toward a healthier, more equitable future.

Between September 18th and September 26th, PATH representatives will convene with global leaders to advocate for investments in resilient primary healthcare systems that prioritize people's needs—investments in subnational health systems, digital health innovations, self-care solutions, and more, all of which are pivotal for achieving universal health coverage.

PATH leaders will also participate in discussions and collaborations to enhance pandemic preparedness and response strategies ensuring that health systems are resilient in the face of future health crises. Additionally, PATH will elevate the critical conversation around strengthening health security, emphasizing local manufacturing as a catalyst for health equity. Together with esteemed partners, we will explore strategies to address chronic inequities and bolster regional health security in Africa and beyond.
