Join PATH for Women Deliver 2019

May 24, 2019 by PATH

From June 3-6, 2019, leaders and activists for women’s wellbeing and rights will gather in Vancouver, British Columbia, at Women Deliver 2019 to talk about issues that not only affect women’s lives, but have a profound impact on the world. PATH will be there to join forces with our partners and shed light on the progress and challenges we face on the road to ensuring all women have access to the health care they deserve.

Women Deliver is one of the world's largest gatherings of policymakers, advocates, and researchers focused exclusively on women's health and empowerment. PATH is proud to be a gold sponsor of this year's conference.

We hope you’ll join PATH and PEPFAR for a special celebration of Women on Tuesday, June 4, at 8pm. Click here to register.

End your day with an inspiring group of young women, cast members from MTV’s Shuga, and health thoughts leaders for a dynamic dialogue focused on re-imagining primary health care so that it truly meets the needs of young people. You’ll hear stories of young women harnessing their own agency, working within community power structures, and making a profound difference in their own lives and the lives of others.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Georgia Arnold, executive director, MTV Staying Alive Foundation
  • Ambassador-at-Large Deborah L. Birx, MD, U.S. global AIDS coordinator & U.S. special representative for global health diplomacy
