Sustainably financed, integrated, primary health care systems are the expressway to achieving UHC. At PATH, we work with governments to develop and implement health financing strategies that are equitable, efficient, and sustainable—including innovative financing mechanisms such as social health insurance and community-based health financing. And we work with countries to enhance the capacities of their health workforces and to integrate health services that address the full range of community needs, from health promotion and prevention to treatment.
