Breastfeeding and the use of human milk (expressed breastmilk and donor human milk) are important for improved neonatal outcomes at all times and are of particular importance during emergencies and natural calamities. This is a guidance note prepared for health facilities and the Comprehensive Lactation Management Centres (with Human Milk Banks) on the use of human milk during COVID-19.
