Chief Finance Officer

PATH is seeking a passionate, experienced professional to serve as our chief finance officer (CFO). This position is both broad and deep, calling for competencies in private and corporate finance, organizational effectiveness, procurement, operations, and travel. The CFO maintains a high-level, forward-thinking perspective over PATH’s finances to guide organizational priorities, strategies, and decision-making.

This position calls for senior management experience in finance/accounting, compliance auditing, asset management, process and systems improvement implementation, and operational metrics. Reporting to the vice president of Corporate Services, the CFO is a central contributing member of the C-level leadership team with regular direct access to our president and CEO. The CFO manages a finance team of 42 based in Seattle, provides guidance to country directors and administrators in more than 20 countries, and serves as point person for our board of directors’ finance and audit committees.
