Communities for Healthy Hearts: Improving Hypertension Management and Control in Vietnam

PATH is collaborating with the Novartis Foundation to introduce an innovative healthcare delivery model designed to improve hypertension management and control in Vietnam. The project aims to improve blood pressure control among adults by increasing access to and use of high-quality hypertension services that are sustainable and scalable.
