This report calls for the UN and its member states to acknowledge the importance of global health R&D in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and include robust indicators to measure progress toward it in the monitoring framework. The report recommends a short list of health R&D indicators for inclusion in the monitoring framework.
