At PATH, we value effective leadership at all levels of our organization. Our most senior leaders have a special responsibility to act with integrity, accept accountability, insist on excellence, and support innovation. They motivate and inspire PATH staff and our colleagues around the world.

Executive leadership

PATH’s executive leadership team consists of president and CEO Christopher J. Elias, MD, MPH and four vice presidents:

Scott Jackson, MBA, CFRE
Vice President of External Relations

Jaqueline Sherris, PhD
Vice President of Global Programs

Harriet Stanley, PhD
Vice President of Field Programs

Eric Walker, MA
Vice President of Corporate Services

The executive leadership team is responsible for PATH’s strategy, finances, and management—as well as for our overall success in achieving PATH’s mission. Together, the team members have more than 100 years of experience working in the field of global health.

Program leaders

The leaders of our global and country programs hail from all corners of the globe and from both the public sector and industry. Many are experts on specific diseases, and others offer expertise in the fields of immunization, maternal and child health, reproductive health, technology development, and vaccine development. They are responsible for program strategies, fundraising, and implementation.

Board of directors

Our board members are public health and business leaders from the countries we serve and the United States. The board provides governance and fiduciary oversight, sets policy, and assesses PATH’s overall performance. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and contribution to our work.
