Metro stops

The two metro stops closest to our Washington, DC, office are Farragut North on the red line and Farragut West on the blue and orange lines. The office sits on the same block as the 18th Street entrance to the Farragut West Metro Station and is a little over a block from the Farragut North Metro Station.

Other public transportation

A number of public and commuter buses from Maryland and Virginia stop in front of the office building or within a few blocks.

From Maryland

The Maryland Transit Administration operates commuter buses. For detailed information on commuter bus schedules, fares, and stops, please visit the Maryland Transit Administration website.

The Maryland Transit Administration also operates a commuter train called the MARC, which has various lines that connect the Washington Area Metro to Maryland’s Light Rail (operating in Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County), in addition to serving more distant points in Maryland and West Virginia as well as Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI), located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Some stops along the various MARC lines include Union Station in Washington, DC (on Metro’s Red Line), New Carrolton (on Metro’s Orange Line), Camden Yards in Baltimore (MTA Light Rail), and Penn Station in Baltimore—all of which are also stops for Amtrak trains. From Virginia

The Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) is a multi-jurisdictional agency representing Prince William and Stafford Counties and the cities of Manassas, Manassas Park, and Fredericksburg. Located in Virginia about 25 miles southwest of Washington, DC, PRTC provides commuter bus service along the busy I-95 and I-66 corridors to points north (OmniRide & Metro Direct) and local bus services in Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Parking

There is a limited amount of metered, on-street parking on both K Street and 18th Street. Various commercially operated parking garages are located within a few blocks of the office, including one on the same block as the office, with an entrance on 18th Street.

Building entrance

There is only one entrance to the 1800 building, on the eastbound side of 1800 K Street, NW.
